Bridget Jones Baby Film Review
Bridget Joness Baby looks good being mostly attractive visually in a film that doesnt require epic sweeping cinematography or opulence while still being beautifully shot and with striking locations.
Bridget jones baby film review. Bridget Joness Baby plays it safe mostly. She is not the everywoman she is meant to be. Wed Sep 14 2016.
Bridget Joness Baby brings us back to the cherished romantic comedy territory established by the first 2001 film while wisely ignoring the disastrous 2004 sequel. But it certainly keeps you watching amused and appalled and amused again. After a muddled second chapter Bridget Jones.
There is a welcome sense of familiarity in Bridget Joness Babybut also of the fresh and au courant. Shes older the film opens just shy of her 43rd birthday more successful but not much wiser as she becomes pregnant and is unsure by whom. It will most probably be what fans look forward to their favourite movie characters growing up with them and encountering problems they have at their age.
Bridget Joness Baby is a safe sequel which while not feeling like a cash-grab or a lifeless endeavour does feel like its not aiming particularly high. At other moments its as if shes regenerated. Bridget Joness Baby delivers a feel-good romcom with just the right amount of refreshing comedy a sprinkle of slapstick and a whole lot of quirkiness.
Bridget Joness Baby movie review. Its unquestionably more fun than say the last Teenage Mutant. T hinner perhaps but arguably not wiser Renée Zellwegers Bridget Jones is back once again to wedge herself in between two complementary Mr.
The film dives into many episodes of subplots competitions and entanglements that leave us guessing who the father is and more importantly who deserves to Bridgets love until the very end. Renée Zellweger in Bridget Joness Baby In some scenes in this film and from some angles Zellweger looks to me pretty much the same. And of course the soundtrack is perfection.
